About Scott M. Albrecht

Scott M. Albrecht has operated as a sole practitioner since 1999. Scott will provide expert representation in commercial and residential real estate transactions, litigation, administrative law proceedings and appeals. Scott has a vast array of litigation experience in New York and New Jersey Courts as well as US Federal District Courts. Scott is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar Associations. Scott has written and argued appeals before the Appellate Court 2nd Department. Scott Albrecht supports a clientele that is much diversified and has both national and international legal needs.
